The experience, Giussani has gained over the last 75 years allow them to offer a design system dedicated to the specific needs of the individual customer, ensuring a periodic control for all the instruments produced, also with service at the customer site for test benches and test lines. The need to test its products led Giussani to develop testing systems, acquiring considerable expertise in the field, so much so, that it has since built more than 600 test benches to simulate and measure temperature, pressure and electronic process signals.

Thermostatic Baths
Giussani manufactures a full range of thermostatic baths with an operating range between -40 °C and +300 °C. The range consists of the BK40M and TB300M models made with an open tank. Both baths can be fitted with an overflow device (code-TR) that keeps the level constantly above the tank's inlet. The overflow version allows you to create a calibration area kept at a constant level and high values in terms of evenness and stability, particularly required for laboratory calibration. All models can be fitted with auxiliary inlets to read the various kinds of temperature sensors. Liquid-based calibration ensures the best performance in terms of set evenness and heat transmission regardless of the shape and size of the sensors that need to be calibrated. Thermostatic Calibrators
Giussani makes a full range of portable dry thermostatic calibrators with an operating range of -50/+1200 °C and liquid ones with an operating range of -15/+240 °C Portable calibrators have a quick response time and good accuracy and stability, which means that they can calibrate temperature sensors both in a lab and on the field in a short time. Liquid calibrators consist of a cylindrical container of about 250 cc and thermally controlled with a magnetic stirring device. Liquid-based calibration ensures the best performance in terms of set evenness and heat transmission regardless of the shape and size of the sensors that need to be calibrated. All models with greater accuracy can be fitted with auxiliary inputs to be able to read the various temperature sensors and be equipped with calibration softwares that automatize the calibration procedures and life tests on sensors and thermostats with an external computer.
Laboratory Calibration Equipment
Fixed instruments used in the laboratory consist of a series of Combitest modules that contain a series of instruments suitable for electronic and pneumatic calibration and mainly used to make it easier to conduct calibration on: transmitters and temperature and vacuum/pressure converters. These instruments consist of standard signal generators that generates/measures pressure signals, vacuum and simulates signals of thermocouples, resistance thermometers, voltage, current and other electrical signals. The Combitest modules are mostly used in labs designed to maintain and calibrate instruments. A series of various accessories such as tables, supports and test cables make all the steps carried out to wire the devices to be checked easier.
Hydraulic Test Benches
Since 1960 Giussani has produced over 500 test benches for the simulation and control of temperature, pressure and electrical signals. In 1982 Giussani developed a new category of hydraulic benches, initially dedicated to laboratory testing of sanitary taps and fittings and subsequently to perform several tests on hydraulic components such as pipes, hoses, fittings, valves, reducers, heat exchangers, etc. Giussani is also equipped to perform feasibility studies and subsequent construction of test benches to execute specific hydraulic tests.
